Precision Machining
Machining main equipment is the CNC machining center and CNC lathe. We have a variety of advanced processing equipment, lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, drilling machines and advanced CNC machining centers. This makes us the best in the customer precision forging accessories products. At the same time, we can provide customers with better finished products, finishing and die manufacturing services
What is Machining
Machining refers to the process of changing the shape or performance of a workpiece through a mechanical device. According to the difference in processing methods, mechanical processing can be divided into cutting processing and pressure processing.
The machines required for machining include digital display milling machines, digital display forming grinders, digital display lathes, electric discharge machines, universal grinders, machining centers, laser welding, middle wire, fast wire, slow wire, cylindrical grinder, internal grinder, precision lathes, etc. They can process a variety of irregular-shaped parts, and the processing accuracy can reach 2μm.
CNC lathe
CNC lathes are one of the most widely used CNC machine tools. They are mainly used for cutting inner and outer cylindrical surfaces of shaft parts or disc parts. CNC lathes can also cut inner and outer conical surfaces with arbitrary cone angles, complex rotating inner and outer curved surfaces, cylinders, and conical threads. These machines will perform grooving, drilling, reaming, reaming, hole, boring and many other tasks.
The CNC lathes automatically processes the processed parts according to the pre-programmed processing program. We compile the machining process route, process parameters, tool motion trajectory, displacement, cutting parameters and auxiliary functions of the part into a machining program list. This is according to the instruction code and program format specified by the CNC lathes. We then record the contents of the program list.
The control medium is then input into the numerical control device of the numerical control lathes to direct the lathes to process the parts.
CNC Grinder
The CNC grinder is a machine tool that uses abrasive tools to grind the surface of the workpiece through CNC technology. Most grinders use high-speed rotating grinding wheels for grinding. CNC grinders can be divided into CNC surface grinders, CNC centerless grinders, and CNC internal and external cylindrical grinders. It can process materials with higher hardness, such as hardened steel, cemented carbide, etc. It can also process brittle materials, such as glass, granite, etc. That’s how versatile these machines are.
CNC Machining Center
CNC Machining Center is the abbreviation of computer numerical control machine tool, which is a kind of automatic machine tool controlled by the program. The control system can logically process programs with control codes or other symbolic instructions, decode them by the computer so that the machine tool executes the prescribed actions. The blanks are then processed into semi-finished parts through tool cutting.
CNC stands for Computer number control. This means it is digital computer control, which is a processing technology widely used in the manufacturing industry. It can also be said to be the symbol of the current manufacturing industry. The CNC can easily realize multi-axis linkage processing, such as the processing of curved surfaces. If you do not use CNC and instead go for the ordinary machine tools to process, it is almost impossible to complete. In addition, CNC can easily implement a flexible manufacturing system.
CxinForging and Precision Machining
Not only in hot forging but also in warm forging and cold forging, Cxin Forging also has complete machining capabilities. Cxin Forging is a modern forging company certified by ISO9001, providing a full range of value-added services, including one-stop services such as machining. For some parts, forging processing is not possible within the required tolerance range.
In this case, the processing is optional. We will use different processing pieces of equipment for product processing, including milling machines, boring machines, drilling machines, grinders, CNC machine tools, etc.
Provide finished products for our customers in the United States, Britain, Canada, Australia, South Africa and other places. With such a wide range of capabilities, we forge and process parts of various sizes and complex shapes to meet even the most stringent customer requirements.
